Q: What are your hours?
      A: 7:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, Saturdays - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM check in with check out times at 3:00 or 5:00 PM. Sunday Guest check in/out - 4 PM to 5 PM

Q: What are your vaccination requirements?
      A: New clients must have been vaccinated at least one week prior to their planned stay. Dogs require Distemper Combo, Bordetella and Rabies. Cats need FVRCP and Rabies.

Q: My pets are best friends, can they stay together?
      A: Certainly! Santa Cruz Pet resort has comfortable family quarters roomy enough for the whole gang.

Q: What is included in an overnight stay?
      A: Comfortable quarters, personal attention, bedding, toys, cookies, playtime and food, Eukanuba/Iams.

Q: What is Family Style Care?
      A: Rather than boarding in our comfortable kennel, your pet enjoys a family style stay in our home, treated as one of our own.

Q: Can any pet use Family Style Care?
      A: Every pet has their own special personality and needs. Most pets will do very well in our home. The first time you request Family Style Care, we will have a heart to heart about your pets needs and do a little evaluation just to be certain your pet will be comfortable. There may bee an additional charge for Family Style Care.

Q: What does Playtime include?
      A: Several times per day, your dog will enjoy supervised play in one of two large play yards, in groups matched for size and speed.

Q: What if my dog doesn't get along well with other dogs?
      A: If your dog isn't very social, is an intact female or you prefer, they will receive individual playtime with one of our loving staff members. You do need to advise us of this, and there is an additional charge.

Q: Is there a Playtime for cats?
      A: Absolutely! The Kitty Cabana provides a safe enclosure for your kitty to enjoy fresh air, sunshine and exercise, it's the cat's meow!

Q: What do you charge for boarding?
      A: Dogs under 25 pounds; $25. per day, 26 - 50 pounds; $28. per day, 51 - 100 pounds; $33. per day and 101 or more pounds; $38. per day. Females in season, aggressive dogs or dogs needing an isolated run, add $5. per day.
Cats are $17.00, other small pets, $8.-$15. per day Weekends are a two-day charge, Monday before noon is the same price as Sunday afternoon. After hours charge with appointment is $50 and without an appointment is $100.

Q: What about daycare? How much is that?
      A: Doggie Daycare is $20. per day, or you can purchase a 10 visit discount package for $170

Q: My pet is a Goat/Rabbit/Hamster/Ferret/Bird/Guinea Pig/Pony/Monkey/Rat/Giant Sloth. Will they get attention too?
      A: All pets in our care receive TLC - the best of care. We really move our tails for your pets. Call to inquire for your special pal, prices vary.

Q: May I come for a tour before bringing my pet in?
      A: Yes! Our hours for tours are Tuesday through Thursday, from 10 AM to 4 PM
