TLC and a bath for Joey
Thank you for the great care and service you give to my dog Joey when he can't go with us. I am so comforted just knowing he is safe and treated tenderly. He looked wonderful and smelled great when we picked him up on Monday. What a nice surprise to have him bathed for us. Thank you so much.
I also wanted to let you know that my husband and I both really liked the idea of the report card you gave us regarding his behavior while we were gone. We always wonder what he's like while he's there - now we have a better idea! And a special thanks to Leo for keeping "the eye of a friend" on Joey while he's there.

Needy Nikki nestles in
A family emergency required leaving my baby at the Pet Resort for two long weeks! While I had used SCPR for grooming, I'd never had to leave my very, very needy dog alone in all of her six years. The folks at the resort treated my Nikki-Roo as if she were their own!
I've always been delighted with the grooming services and am pleased to say my Roo was happy and healthy after her prolonged stay at the resort. I was wondering if she might balk the next time she needed a bath, but she ran right in with her usual big smile and wagging tail.
Kudos to Dan who made a point of giving my girl the belly rubs she requires several times each day.

Tails r' Wagging
I have been taking our dogs to the Resort for 5 years. Grooming, Day Care and the family vacation. The dogs are always tugging on us to go in and happy and played out when they leave. The staff really enjoys the animals. We now have taken our cat too! The pets special needs are always addressed without hesitation. During our pet families month long stay they needed a shot and the staff took them to our vet to receive what they needed. They also picked up medication at a different location for us.

Delightful Doggie Day Care
I've taken both of my dogs here on several different occasions and have had to turn it into a weekly or bi-weekly treat for them as they love it so much. They get several hours of play time during the day and always come home worn out and happy. Jason H.
Purr-fect Place for Puss
My pampered Puss loves the kitty cabana! I often travel and must leave my Persian puffball behind but since I've found Santa Cruz Pet Resort I have stopped fretting about it, knowing Puss is in a quiet, cozy cat hotel with abundant staff members and scheduled exercise in a secure "kitty cabana" with sunshine, climbing structures and plenty of toys. She never seems upset when I drop her off and is helthy and happy on my return.

No Fear for Ruby
My little Ruby is a nervous nellie and is very afraid of other dogs - especially large dogs. I take her to Santa Cruz Pet Resort for her beauty treatments and love the expert styling and TLC they give my girl.
Petite Ruby is never anxious but actually tugs on her leash going in to see Peggy. We couldn't be happier. Dixie S.
